1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParallaxEdge platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by ParallaxEdge LLC ("ParallaxEdge", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Michigan, United States.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the legal age for gambling-related activities in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use our Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Jurisdiction
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. ParallaxEdge does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. If accessing or using the Services is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not do so.
2.3 Capacity
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, that you are not subject to any legal prohibition on entering into contracts, and that you are not acting on behalf of any person who is prohibited from using the Services.
3. Nature of the Services
3.1 Betting Intelligence Tools
ParallaxEdge provides AI-powered analytical tools and data signals to assist users in evaluating betting opportunities across sports markets. Our Services are informational in nature.
ParallaxEdge does not:
- Accept, place, process, or facilitate bets on behalf of users
- Hold, manage, or process user funds in connection with betting activity
- Operate as a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator
- Guarantee or warrant any particular outcome, return, or profit from any betting decision
3.2 No Advice
The signals, analysis, data, and content provided through our Services do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, betting tips or recommendations, or any representation as to the likelihood of any outcome. All information is for informational and analytical purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial consequences that arise from them.
3.3 Model Limitations
Our AI models are trained on historical data and use statistical methods to identify patterns and potential edges in betting markets. Model outputs are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee outcomes. They may be affected by unforeseen events, data errors, or market conditions not reflected in the model. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
3.4 Affiliate Links
Our platform may contain affiliate links to third-party betting operators ("Affiliate Partners"), which may include major licensed sportsbook operators. If you follow an affiliate link and register or transact with an Affiliate Partner, we may receive a referral commission. Affiliate links are clearly identified. Your use of any Affiliate Partner's services is subject entirely to that partner's own terms and conditions. ParallaxEdge does not endorse any particular Affiliate Partner and makes no representation about their suitability for your needs.
In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and the UK CAP Code, we disclose our material connection to Affiliate Partners where applicable.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Creating an Account
To access the full features of the Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ParallaxEdge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 One Account Per User
You may not create more than one account. If we reasonably believe that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all accounts associated with you. This restriction applies with particular force where a user has self-excluded under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
5.1 Subscription Plans
ParallaxEdge offers paid access to the Services through a unified subscription tier ladder. Three paid tiers are available — Scout (entry-level), Analyst(full signal suite), and Quant (Bayesian credible intervals and methodology depth). Each paid tier provides access to every sport covered by the platform; we do not sell per-sport subscriptions.
Each paid tier is offered with monthly and annual billing options. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Current pricing for all tiers is published on our pricing page at parallaxedge.com/pricing.
A free Spectator tier is also available at no charge. Spectator tier access is described in §5.5 below. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers. Pricing changes will not apply to your current billing period.
5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each billing date. We do not store your full payment card details — payment processing is handled by Stripe.
For annual subscriptions, your subscription renews on the anniversary of your initial subscription date each year. Annual billing applies a single charge at the start of each 12-month period.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@parallaxedge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date.
5.4 Promotional Free Access — WC2026 Promo Cohort
ParallaxEdge may from time to time offer promotional free access periods. The following terms apply to the WC2026 launch promotion:
The first 1,000 users who create a ParallaxEdge account and complete email verification on or after June 11, 2026 will receive access to the Analyst tier at no charge ("Promo Cohort"). This promotional access covers the WC2026 group stage period and expires automatically at 23:59 UTC on July 2, 2026, regardless of when within that period the account was verified.
On July 2, 2026, all Promo Cohort accounts will be automatically downgraded to the Spectator tier. No charge will be applied at the time of downgrade. Following downgrade, you may subscribe to any paid tier at the then-current pricing to continue receiving paid-tier access.
Eligibility for the Promo Cohort is determined solely by the order in which email verification is completed. Pre-launch waitlist registration does not guarantee Promo Cohort eligibility. Promotional access is non-transferable, applies to a single account only, and may not be combined with other offers.
For other promotional offers, the specific terms including duration, applicable features, and any conversion to a paid subscription at the end of the promotional period will be communicated in writing at the time of the offer. Promotional offers are subject to these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.5 Spectator Tier Signal Access
The Spectator tier provides free access to a curated set of featured matches, including win/draw/lose probabilities and expected goals (xG) estimates for those matches. Certain signal fields — including model–market divergence and confidence score — are not displayed on the Spectator tier and are available only on paid tiers (Scout, Analyst, or Quant).
Spectator tier access is provided without any time limit. There are no session limits or billing requirements, but signal-card access is restricted to the featured-match set chosen by ParallaxEdge; we do not guarantee that any particular fixture will be available on the Spectator tier. Rate limits set out in our rate limiting policy continue to apply.
5.6 Refunds
We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. For UK consumers, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Services if you are under the minimum age or located in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content, data, or signals from the Services without our prior written consent
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use the Services to develop a competing product or service
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, data, signals, AI models, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to ParallaxEdge LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
7.2 Restrictions
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
7.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Partners
Our Services contain links to third-party websites and services, including Affiliate Partner betting operators. These links are clearly identified as affiliate links where applicable. ParallaxEdge does not control or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services, and your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The inclusion of an affiliate link does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by ParallaxEdge of any particular betting operator. You should exercise your own judgment and conduct your own due diligence before registering with or depositing funds with any betting operator.
9. Responsible Gambling
Your use of the Services is subject to our Responsible Gambling Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Responsible Gambling Policy sets out your rights to use self-exclusion, temporary pause, and usage reminder tools, and describes our approach to supporting users who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.
You have the right to use these tools at any time. If you wish to self-exclude, pause your account, or seek information about responsible gambling resources, please visit parallaxedge.com/account or contact us at support@parallaxedge.com.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Services Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10.2 No Liability for Betting Losses
PARALLAXEDGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, BETTING LOSSES, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES OR MODEL OUTPUTS. ALL BETTING DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10.3 No Liability for Affiliate Partner Actions
PARALLAXEDGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT OF ANY AFFILIATE PARTNER. YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ANY AFFILIATE PARTNER IS SOLELY BETWEEN YOU AND THAT PARTNER.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARALLAXEDGE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or, for UK consumers, rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParallaxEdge LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@parallaxedge.com or using the account closure option in your account settings.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Have reasonable grounds to believe you are under the minimum age
- Are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
- We reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. Sections 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, and 15 of these Terms will survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution — US Users
We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally at legal@parallaxedge.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Michigan.
13.3 Dispute Resolution — UK Consumers
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under English law. Disputes with UK consumers will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We will attempt to resolve any complaint informally at legal@parallaxedge.com before escalating to formal proceedings. UK consumers may also use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes where applicable.
13.4 Dispute Resolution — Australian Consumers
If you are a consumer based in Australia, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Disputes with Australian consumers may be referred to the relevant state or territory consumer protection agency or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
14. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ParallaxEdge LLC relating to your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
