The signals, analysis, data, and content provided through our Services do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, betting tips or recommendations, or any representation as to the likelihood of any outcome. All information is for informational and analytical purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any financial consequences that arise from them.
Our AI models are trained on historical data and use statistical methods to identify patterns and potential edges in betting markets. Model outputs are probabilistic in nature and do not guarantee outcomes. They may be affected by unforeseen events, data errors, or market conditions not reflected in the model. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.
To access the full features of the Services, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain and promptly update your information; keep your login credentials secure and confidential; and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ParallaxEdge will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You may not create more than one account. If we reasonably believe that you have created multiple accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate all accounts associated with you.
ParallaxEdge offers the Services on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on each billing date. We do not store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
From time to time, ParallaxEdge may offer promotional free access periods, including to early sign-up users. The specific terms of any promotional offer, including duration and applicable features, will be communicated at the time of the offer.
You may use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.
You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas relating to our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that feedback for any purpose without any obligation to you.

ParallaxEdge does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and conditions.

PARALLAXEDGE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, BETTING LOSSES, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES OR MODEL OUTPUTS. ALL BETTING DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARALLAXEDGE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@parallaxedge.com or using the account closure option in your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, we have reasonable grounds to believe you are under the minimum age, we are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority, or we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. Sections 7, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14 of these Terms will survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally at legal@parallaxedge.com. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ParallaxEdge LLC relating to your use of the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
